    Dragging from File Explorer? Where exactly are you dragging to? Can you provide a Debug ID (different from a Report ID) for this?

    Does "+" menu → Store Copy of File work?

    If dragging doesn't work, you might be running either Zotero or File Explorer as Administrator, which you shouldn't do.
