PDF readers, after taking notes, navigate to the PDF document, and then zoom the page. The highlighted parts will become very dark in color.

when i use navigate showed in position 2 of picture,the highlighted part in position 1 become very dark and can't reture original color

The same problem was reported also here with different triggering steps:

As a temporary fix, you can get the color back to normal by just clicking again on "Show on Page".
