Upgrade StoragePermanent focus color of highlights
The highlight that was latest focused with the "Show on Page" from a note gets permanently colored after minimizing or maximizing the Zotero window.
Steps to reproduce:
1) Open a PDF file in the Zotero PDF Viewer
2) Make some highlights, either text or area
3) Create a note and show it on the right side pane of the PDF viewer
4) Drag and drop the highlights into the note
5) Click on the highlight in the note and then click on "Show on Page". The correct highlight appears focused for a short time and then the focus color goes away.
6) Minimize or maximize the Zotero window. At that step, the color of the highlight changes in the same was as when it is in focus, but this time the color does not go away and remain permanently on the hightlight.
The focus color only goes away after doing another "Show on Page", or closing and reopening the PDF Viewer.

This seems to be also triggered by other steps. For example, I could reproduce by replacing step 6 by:
7) Click on the PDF file
8) Press Ctrl+End and then Ctrl+Home on the keyboard. This gives the same permanent highlight color as above.
