Good afternoon,

I am using the word add-on to insert Zotero citations into my document. If I update something in the citation (i.e., the author's name) in Zotero, the information only updates in Word about half the time, even if I manually refresh in both Zotero and word. Is there something I can do to make sure that my updates consistently show up in word?
