cannot open file and add-on setting

I downloaded a add-on from https://markdown-here.com/, and install it. the .xpi file. Then I restart zotero, cannot open pdf file and cannot access the add-on setting to unistall the Plugins.

Hold down Option (Mac) or Shift (Windows) to launch Zotero in Safe Mode with all plugins disabled. You can then disable or uninstall plugins as needed.
