Error updating document (Report ID: 1451505258)

Hi, I can't amend or add any new citations to the Word document (this message comes up "Zotero experienced an error updating your document.")

I've followed the troubleshooting guidance to debug broken documents but to no avail. Please help!

    We need a Report ID from Zotero, not the Zotero Connector.

    And if you followed the steps to the end, you should have either isolated the problematic section or cleared the document completely. Which is it?

    Hi there, I cleared the document completely and the troubleshooting error message still appeared.

    OK, so that page isn't relevant, then, assuming this happens in a new, empty document.

    To say more, we'd need to see a Report ID from Zotero for after reproducing this in a new, empty document.
