Regarding my recent comment on italics in specific words, which is not implemented yet but really important, I think a nice improvement (that EndNote already has) is that while working on a document, a separate temporal collection is generated in Zotero that includes all quoted citations in the Word manuscript. Temporal, so it should be deleted after logging out.

In that way, one could easily modify the italics (or edit in other ways) selected items.
