journal article in library doesn't include authors

I'm fairly new to Zotero and am having an issue with one particular article. I can get it into my library, but it doesn't include the authors and when I try to cite the paper, it cites the title of the article. How do I get this updated with the author info?

    You can just add the authors manually or you can find the article's DOI, add the item using that with the magic wand/add by identifier and then merge that with the existing item.
