1456377959 error number

I have tried the solutions on the Troubleshooting Errors in Word Processor Documents page.
But my Word document (Vancouver citation style) still gives me the same error message when I try to reference more than 3 documents.
Any ideas ?

Can you reproduce this in a new, empty document?

If so, can you provide a Debug ID (different from a Report ID) for reproducing the problem?
