Any effort to import a reference in Word was a failure

    Hello, I have a similar issue with @kbellamy21. Until today i was using zotero for bibliography in word docs. however from today any effort to import a reference was a failure initially. after a few hours opening word was a torture
    i deleted zotero and reinstalled it. i saw in other posts that accepting track changes could have been helpful, but I am not allowed to.
    i tried to deactivate automate syncing from word and the situation was improved. however, since the moment i "refresh" to manually inform the citations, the issue came back.
    I am a Windows User with version Zotero 6.0.26 and Microsoft® Excel® for Microsoft 365 MSO (Version 2304 Build 16.0.16327.20200) 64 bit

    You haven't actually explained what the problem is. You'll need to do so, in your own words.

    (Also I'm not sure why you're mentioning Excel?)
