why some annotations stay locked after 'import annotations'

Hey guys! Why some annotations stay locked after I use 'import annotations'? Some are successfully imported, while others not. I don't know why...

Are they underlines or highlights when you open the PDF file with an external PDF viewer? Zotero currently doesn't import underline annotations, only displays them as highlights.
