Mistakes in UWE Harvard Bibliography

Hi,

I as anyone able to help with some issues I'm having with UWE Harvard Bibliography format.

Any help would be much appreciated

I have tried to describe them as best as I can below:

1. Electronic journal – where DOI is present

- Wrong version currently being output:
Alotaibi, N.M., Reed, K. and Nadar, M.S. (2009) Assessments Used in Occupational Therapy Practice: An Exploratory Study. Occupational Therapy in Health Care. [online]. 71 (2), pp.52–58.

- Correct version (as it should be)
Alotaibi, N.M., Reed, K. and Nadar, M.S. (2009) Assessments Used in Occupational Therapy Practice: An Exploratory Study. Occupational Therapy in Health Care [online]. 71 (2), pp. 52-58. [Accessed 04 April 2023].

- Issues:
1. Double space after ‘[online].’
2. Missing [Accessed 04 April 2023].

2. Electronic journal – where DOI is present and Publisher: in ‘Extra’ field

- Wrong version currently being output:
Atwal, A., McIntyre, A., Craik, C. and Hunt, J. (2008) Occupational Therapists’ Perceptions of Predischarge Home Assessments with Older Adults in Acute Care. British Journal of Occupational Therapy. [online]. 71 (2), SAGE Publications Ltd STM, pp.52–58.

- Correct version (as it should be)
Atwal, A., McIntyre, A., Craik, C. and Hunt, J. (2008) Occupational Therapists’ Perceptions of Predischarge Home Assessments with Older Adults in Acute Care. British Journal of Occupational Therapy [online]. 71 (2), pp. 58-58. [Accessed 14 April 2023].

- Issues:
1. Double space after ‘[online].’
2. Text entered in the ‘Extra’ field in Zotero is appearing in the reference
3. Space missing after pp.
4. Accessed date is missing

I had a quick go at it, but the style is rather low quality, so it really needs a full rebuild. (you fix one thing, which breaks another thing...)

Hi,

Thanks for taking a look at it. I gave the style you provided in the link a go, but couldn't see any changes.

The main thing I would like to see change is for electronic journals to include the accessed date included.

Given that the style is low quality, any advice?

Hi,

Thanks for the updated version. Unfortunatley, it's still not outputting the correct reference

The output has changed but rather than the Accessed date, it is putting the available from info at the end of the reference:

Alotaibi, N.M., Reed, K. and Nadar, M.S. (2009) Assessments Used in Occupational Therapy Practice: An Exploratory Study. Occupational Therapy in Health Care [online]. 71 (2), pp. 52–58. Available from: https://doi.org/10.3109/07380570903222583.

Hi,

Thanks for running the changes. Unfortuntley, it's still not showing the Accessed date at the end of the reference. This is what it is outputting:

Alotaibi, N.M., Reed, K. and Nadar, M.S. (2009) Assessments Used in Occupational Therapy Practice: An Exploratory Study. Occupational Therapy in Health Care [online]. 71 (2), pp. 52–58.

This is what I'm hoping it would show:

Make sure you have the 'Include URLs of journal articles in references' box ticked in Zotero > Preferences > Cite.

It certainly works for me. E.g.:
Campbell, J.L. and Pedersen, O.K. (2007) The Varieties of Capitalism and Hybrid Success. Comparative Political Studies [online]. 40 (3), pp. 302–337. [Accessed 25 December 2016].
