I am sure that this issue is somewhere in the documentation, but I haven't found it.

Issue:

When I citate in text through the word plug in like:
Example Text (Mustermann, 2023) its fine.

How do I have to do the setting to get this:
Mustermann (2023) says: Example Text
oder
Mustermann et al., (2023):

Every time I do it manually, it changes back after refreshing.
