[beta] All tests timing out in Scaffold

D1102085393 (shows triggering a random tests for the Amazon translator on Scaffold).

Does this work for others? I haven't tested with all add-ons disabled yet, but this used to work and none of the add-ons seem like likely culprits.

    Working here, but there's nothing logged in that debug output. Can you provide a Debug ID for Zotero startup through reproducing this, using the "Restart with Logging Enabled…" option?

    D1602216265 : That's restart with debug enabled, start Scaffold, open Amazon translator, and run the first test until it times out.

    This time with all add-ons disabled.
