1. References in the text are now arranged alphabetically, but the journal style is to have them arranged chronologically.
2. In all entries in the reference list, authors and their initials are bold, but they should be bold and italic.
3. In all entries in the reference list with two or more authors, there should be no comma before the & preceding the final author.
4. In the reference list, the titles of books and theses are now italic, but they should be roman.
5. When books are cited, they appear in the reference list as follows: Author, Initials, Year. Title. Place (Publisher). The style should be: Author, Initials, Year. Title. Publisher (Place): # pp.

On point 3 above: in the reference list of the sample paper there are no commas before the & preceding the final author! =]
