I uploaded a new document to Zotero but the program tells me that I have no more storage space.
This is not possible because I have an account tied to my university that garand me unlimited storage.
Please, help me!

    I'm afraid that subscription was not renewed last year and has been disabled.

    This seems strange to me. Are you sure about this or can you check somehow?
    My university is called: Università degli Studi di Cagliari

    Obviously we know who has a subscription to Zotero. You'll have to talk to your university library and ask them to renew.
