Citing a user manual

I'm trying to create a citation for a user manual that I have downloaded. I'm not sure what the best method to do this would be as there is no DOI, no ISBN, or identifier. There is an order number: DOC-M81-EXX001 V2.

Any suggestions?

    Report as an item type typically works well for this type of document (and you have to fill in the metadata manually, obviously).
