Hi I've finally been given permission to download Zotero onto my work laptop but the icon in not showing in my word documents. Is there something I've missed? I've been onto File, Options, Add-inns and clicked Zotero and then Word Add-Inns in the drop down box to see if that worked but nothing. Help!
