tools/add ons -- window doesn't open

First-time user, Windows 10, trying to access an add-on but window does not open
  • Restart Zotero and try again.

    If it's still not working, have you installed plugins already? If so, hold down Option (Mac) or Shift (Windows) to launch Zotero in Safe Mode with all plugins disabled, and then try disabling or uninstalling your plugins and see if the issue is fixed.
