Upgrade StorageExtension Not Saving Anymore

The extension keeps saying that there's an error in saving it via a webpage, DOI, and more. Sometimes it doesn't say anything or doesn't react. This has been happening in the last week and now I can't save any webpage, article, etc. Please help!
