Shortcut of "save to zotero" cannot be customized

Today I change my google account and I reinstalled my zotero connector, but I found that I cannot customize the shortcut of the function "save to zotero". The default shortcut is "command+shift+S", while I have been using my customized shortcut "command+s" in my previous google account to save items on webs to zotero. I guess if the zotero has removed the customization of the shortcuts? It is really bothers me.

What browser? What OS? If Mac, is not "cmd-s" going to default to "save" the changes to a file/document? I wasn't aware that shortcut could be overridden within an application.

@evantzg: It’s customizable in the keyboard shortcuts tab in Chrome’s Extensions pane, where all primary extension shortcuts can be customized.

@DWL-SDCA: google browser in MacOS. "cmd-s" is indeed to default to save the changes to a file. But on website, you can customize it to save itmes on webs to save to zotero. Just as @dstillman said.
