Upgrade StorageUpgrading to higher number of users
Hello,
On my lab we've got a Zotero institutional account for 20 users. Right now we would like to upgrade to 25 or 30 users.
When I click on the renew button and I write 25 users, I get a quota of $750, like if I was going to add 25 new users. How should I proceed in that case ? Will the payment portal automatically understand that we've already got 20 users and that since we are only adding 5 more it should only bill us $150?
