APA PsycNet translator failing

Having trouble grabbing entries from APA PsycNet. Here is an example:

Zotero is trying to grab with "APA PsycNet" translator, but I get the could not save item error message.

Any help is apprecaited.

    Thanks for reporting this. I have opened a ticket. https://www.zotero.org/trac/ticket/1507

    With that said you can use PsycNet's export feature to send items to Zotero. Just select the items you want, click the export button and tell the site to export the references to a reference manager. Zotero will intercept them.

    the workaround here works - but is there any way to automatically download associated PDFs?

    The only way I can currently do this is to first use the export button on the psycnet page, then use 'library lookup' in zotero to bring up a link from my uni library to a different version of the article (in the ovid database) that includes a link to a pdf version.

    The pdf link however is in an annoying frame so I have to click the pdf link, save the pdf to my desktop and then finally use the 'attach stored copy of file' zotero option to get the pdf into my database.

    Is there an easier way?

    probably not at this time - pdfs in frames are usually hard or impossible for Zotero to auto-attach.

    Please go to http://github.com/ajlyon/translators/raw/master/APA PsycNET.js and save the file to the translators directory of your Zotero data directory (http://www.zotero.org/support/zotero_data).

    It should start working for individual items again. No PDFs yet, but if you find an article with an openly accessible PDF (no purchase), then I can try making it add them too.

    Multiple won't happen yet.
