Just downloaded zotero - how do I add a reference to a word document?

Hello everyone, after 20 years of using Endnote, I've given up on it because the recent version works so poorly. So I just downloaded Zotero and now I'm trying to figure out how to add a reference to a Word document I'm working on. When I click "add/edit citation" in Word, I just get a window saying "Run-time error '453': Can't find DLL entry point FindWindowA in User 32". I'm wondering what to do!
