upgrade and access to others members of the group

is there any administrator who could help me about an upgrade of storage i did (justification can be shared if needed) which is not visible for all the members of the group especially to update our library

    All storage for a group library comes from the group owner's storage. You purchased storage under the account you're posting from, but it does not own your groups.

    If you meant to upgrade storage for usage with group libraries, the current group owner can transfer any groups to you from each group's settings page on zotero.org, or if you'd like to transfer the storage subscription you can email storage@zotero.org with details and we can help you out.
