I have been unable to install the zotero plugin for libreoffice on linux 5.15 lts with the report id: 1421071208 generated from the installation error.

If you get an error from LibreOffice for a manual installation, that's a LO problem, not a Zotero one, but we'd still need the exact error message to say more. And the linked section also says what to try in that case.
