iOS beta crash when opening PDF

When I try opening this PDF,

in iOS version 1.0.9 build 4, Zotero crashes.

Ok, so when I looked at the PDF in the desktop PDF reader, two of the text highlights which were on the last page of refs were misplaced. One was pushed down onto a portion of the last page with no text on it. Another highlight wasn't visible at all when I clicked on it; maybe its location was somehow a page/position that didn't exist.

After deleting these two highlights, the PDF loads fine in iOS Zotero.

@jeremyvancleve do you still have the PDF on hand? I'd like to check it and add some guards so that the app doesn't crash. I can't access the link which you posted above. Thanks!

It works now in the app once I removed the broken highlights.

@jeremyvancleve so you don't have the pdf with broken highlights anymore? That's unfortunate, I wanted to fix the crash so that it doesn't happen to you or other users next time. If you encounter it again let me know. Thanks!

yeah I don't unfortunately. Will keep the broken copy if I run into it again :-).
