I'm trying to sync my Zotero library (this has been working previously). But I get this error code:
Component returned failure code: 0x80570016 (NS_ERROR_XPC_GS_RETURNED_FAILURE) [nsIJSCID.getService]

I installed it again, but it still doesn't work. I would be grateful for some help.
