Error Uploading PDFs

Hello,
Each time I try to upload a PDF to a record, an error message appears stating, "File was not uploaded as it would exceed quota" with a link to upgrade storage. I upgraded my storage, and this error message continues to appear. Any guidance or recommendations would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

    Sorry, I think this is a case of an error message that should be clearer.

    From your storage, you shouldn't see that for your personal library or groups you own, so this would have been in a group you don't own.

    The owner of the group would need to upgrade their storage or transfer ownership of the group to a user that has storage space available.
