Zotero Error Report

I was in the process of creating a new Zotero Group when my account (mrenwick) was suddenly banned. When I reopened Zotero Standalone on my iMac, I received this Error Report. There is a red (!) icon next to the Sync button in the Standalone software. I'm afraid to do anything else lest I lose all my references. Thank you.

  • Thank you, that was incredibly terrifying and I was about to try some awful acrobatics to get 12 years' worth of work from one account to another. I appreciate the fast response.
