Hello

whenever I use the refresh button on zotero plugin in a word document, the word document crashes. This has been happening for quite some time. Can you fix this

    What exact version of Word 2010? A Word crash generally points to a Word bug, so you should make sure you're at least running the latest Word 2010 version. If you're still having trouble, you should consider upgrading Office. While we're not aware of any general problems with Word 2010, I doubt anyone has actually tested the plugin with Word 2010 in a long time.
