Numeric Style with subsequent-author-substitute
I am looking for a numeric style with a subsequent-author-substitute set to something like "----".
Ideally, it would be something like www.zotero.org/styles/elsevier-with-titles but with subsequent-author-substitute, or something like https://github.com/citation-style-language/styles/blob/master/chicago-author-date.csl but with numeric keys.
I have tried to edit those files myself, but without success…

I am looking for keys to be as short as possible (hence, I thought of numerical [1]) and authors to be compacted when identical, to get something like

I believe I will rephrase my question as "how to have subsequent-author-substitute with elsevier-with-titles".
