Change Language

I'm wondering if there are any ways to change language when I use citations on Word documents.

I want to use citations in Word in English, but they show up in Japanese.
Note that as the literature I used is in English, I think the problem was caused by Word or Zotero. (I got information about the literature from google scholar through Zotero Connector)

I've already tried the below. However, the language of citation on the word file was still in Japanese.
A. Edit -> Preferences -> Advanced -> Languages (Select language from drop-down)
B. Change the language on Word documents into English

    The text showed in Word is related to the zotero item content.

    Depending on the citation style, the default language of terms like "and" and "editors" can be set under "Document Preferences" in the Zotero add-on in your word processor
