Upgrade StorageZotero icons missing in Word when using a Mac computer
I have had more than one student (6-8 different people) with Mac computers seeking my help. Where they have installed the zotero word plugin succesfully, and they want to use it, the zotero icons in word are missing.
We have tried different options and got so far as to deactive macros, see the icons show up in word, only to find that they are still not working. The next time we opened up a new word document, the icons were missing again.
I'm out of ideas. What to do?
