One of the things I love about the iPad app is that when I highlight something, the space where I can add a comment is front and centre. Desktop, however, it is in a little screen to the bottom left.

I'd love to either have a similar kind of floating highlight/comment box to come up in in front of the highlighted text on the desktop app; or some kind of capacity to separate and float the highlight panel to a different location.
