Correct item type for workshop papers

There are many papers appeared in workshop. I don't think they belong either as Preprint nor as Conference Paper. For example,

Is there a way to handle situations like this?
  • I think this is borderline between conference paper and presentation -- if you don't like them as a conference paper, switch to presentation
  • Thanks for your reply. I think Presentation usually refers to slides of a talk or lecture. In this way, a workshop paper may be closer to Conference Paper, but it is not considered to be officially published. As mentioned below.

So, I was wondering if we could add a new type for workshop papers, just like Preprint.
  • No, presentations definitely include unpublished papers presented at a conference, meeting, or workshop -- there's no need to create separate categories for things with slightly different names as long as the basic mode of citation doesn't change, which I don't think would be the case here.
  • Ok, thank you anyway.
