There is no PDF files with Zotero Connector

I must download the PDF automatically and drag it to the zotero.

When I click the ZC, only a name without any file can be seen.

Bug No. 228836880.

Can you provide a Debug ID (different from a Report ID) from Zotero (not the Connector) for a save attempt from arXiv that doesn't save a PDF?

D1294891968 is the debug ID for accessing the PDF file from arXiv. Thanks a lot

The Debug ID has to be for a save attempt.

No, because you didn't provide what I asked for. We need a Debug ID for a save attempt.

Make sure you reload the page before trying again — otherwise it just reopens the save popup without saving again.

My operations are as follows
1. Zotero->help->debug output logging->Enable
2. open a paper: https://www.mdpi.com/1424-8220/22/15/5872/htm
3. Zotero Connector-> Done
4. Zotero->help->submit output-> Debug ID: D417737908

If the Debug ID obtained this way is not what you asked for, please let me know. Thanks a lot for your help!

You've disabled attachment saving in the General pane of the preferences.
