Only superscripts displayed in new word document

Using Zotero to insert references in a new word document shows only superscripts and no specific literature information. Endnote will normally display, as will those that have previously used Zotero.

    It sounds like you're just using a numeric style and haven't inserted a bibliography. If that's not what you want, choose a different style from the plugin's Document Preferences window.

    Move the cursor outside the superscripts, and click the Add/Edit Bibliography button of the Zotero Word toolbar

    I have tried several different reference styles, but the results all show different superscripts without specific information.

    Choose APA or another author-date style if you want author-date citations.

    If you want a bibliography, use Add/Edit Bibliography where you want it.
