Save to Zotero not working on Wolters Kluwers sites

There are two journals I routinely want to save articles from that are both WK journals. Even logged into the journal site, or via my institutional ezproxy address, the Zotero plugin fails to grab the article PDF (even when it is marked as open access).

Is this a known issue with the plugin? Is this something that can be fixed on the Zotero end or does it require something to happen on the part of WK?

Always better to include an URL for a failed attempt, for example for an open access one.
