Anyone knows if you can search exact phrases in Advanced Search in Zotero 6 using quotation marks? My installation doesn't allow me to

Everything in Advanced Search is a phrase search.

Please clarify that I am correct:
One cannot make a smart folder that would find "Philo" and not "philosophy" in the title.
The instructions in this post
https://forums.zotero.org/discussion/87060/searching-for-exact-match/p1
only work in quick search.
I am thinking I will have to quick search with the space in quotes and then tag them all. Would this be scriptable? (periodically run quick search and add tag to results).
regex in advanced search would be nice.
