Bibliography numbering mixed up

Hi, referencing using Vancouver in Word - the doc is a template from uni. My reference list has 1) 2) 3) 2) 4) 5)

Any suggestions?

    Have you tried switching to a different style and back? Have you at all edited the bibliography (using Zotero's edit bibliography function)?
