Can’t save from PMC

I'm having a similar problem. Started yesterday afternoon, it specifically seems to be affecting PMC papers such as this:

https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC4435945/

I click the extension link, the dialog to pick the folder in My Library appears, I can select tags, and click Done, but it never goes into the library.

If I find a direct link to the journal it was published in, such as:

https://www.annualreviews.org/doi/abs/10.1146/annurev-pharmtox-010814-124915

It works just fine.

I've removed and reinstalled the Chrome extension, closed all apps and rebooted the computer several times.
