Why couldn't find "Open in My Library" while citing in Word?

Hello, have anybody seen this before? I have already tried re-install the intergation, still not working.

Means when I open Zotero citation window in word, usually it always combined with "Open in My Library" so we could reach the original references in Zotero.
(Couldn't attached figure) So it just like in this page "Page and Other Locators" ，but with no plugin "Open in My Library" . Others works well.

    That will only appear when the citation is still linked to an item in your library. If it was created from another library or you've deleted the item in your library, it won't appear.

    I have tried more other references, you're right. I created this reference in other library.
