Read or UnRead tag

How to add a colum to indicate a paper is read or unread? Thank you so much?

    You can use colored tags for this. Add a tag to an item, then right click on it in the tag pane on the left and choose Assign Color. A colored square will appear next to the item title. If you make the tag an emoji, the emoji will show there instead

    I may suggest the community plugin by windingwind that was designed to automate this exact process. See it in github : https://github.com/windingwind/zotero-tag#zotero-tag. Works like a charm as for my case.
