Zotero sync problem: can't download pdfs from iPad
Hi Zotero team,
I've set up Zotero app on my desktop and used TeraCloud to sync all the pdf attachments. From the TeraClound file browser, I can locate all the ***.zip and ***.prop files for each paper without problem, and I can open pdfs from the desktop Zotero as well. However, when I try to open any pdf attachment from the iOS app (Ver 1.0.3 Build 5, iOS version 15.5), I see the error below:
"The attached file is not available in the online library. Please check that the file has synced on the device where it was added". Here is a debug ID: D453689903. Could anyone help me? Thanks!
