It's a sync error: I added an item to a group folder, and now my zotero collection won't sync. At first the little green arrow went around, then gave me the error message, now it's just spinning, spinning, spinning and not syncing at all, nor giving me an error message.

    Ok, it's synced now, but only because I had to disable Zotero, restart Firefox, enable Zotero, restart... It was caught in some unstoppable syncing loop... Is there an easier way to stop it if it starts syncing that way and won't stop?

    No, you didn't.

    The server's a bit slow these days with new users starting to use 2.0, but we're working to speed things up. If a sync doesn't go through, it should time out on its own within 8 minutes or so. If it's been spinning for more than 15 minutes, just restart Firefox.
