Adding URL link to document posted online in ACS
Hello,
I wanted to add the URL link to a document (agency report) in my bibliography. ACS style uses title case for titles. It capitalizes the URL ("HTTP") if I add it to the title field as a document or a report item, which I don't want.
Adding it as a webpage almost works, but the year published is not included, which I would like to have. I thought the ACS format was
Author 1; Author 2; etc. Title of Document, Year. Title of Site. URL (accessed Month Day, Year).
Thanks for considering.

@damnation Looks like URL should be included for everything but journal articles, books, chapters, encyclopedia entries, dictionary entries, patents, and conference papers. https://pubs.acs.org/doi/10.1021/acsguide.40303
