Zotero appearing Grey in extension on chrome, and in microsoft word when trying to "cite" from zotero, no webpage appears under my library, despite clicking the extension

    No really clear what you're describing here. Can you take some screenshots that show the problems you're experiencing, upload them somewhere (e.g., Dropbox or Google Drive), and provide a link here?
