Cannot use Zotero in Word
Version:
Zotero: 6.0.13 (latest)
Word: Microsoft Office Family and Student Edition 2016
Problem:
Zotero tab has an empty label in my Word
I can click this empty label, but I can't use related functions
And whenever I open a Word document, there is always a warning "The macro can't be found or has been disabled because of your macro security settings".
I have tried:
I have read this page https://www.zotero.org/support/word_processor_plugin_troubleshooting
and made all the attemptions (literally all the attemptions, I mean, including those solutions which are not to the problem I described), but it still didn't work...
Hoping someone could help me, please~

Update:
I know there is a solution in this page to my poblem
https://www.zotero.org/support/word_processor_plugin_troubleshooting#zotero_tab_has_an_empty_label
I have followed these steps and tried several times, but still didn't work...

Especially given the error message you're receiving, it seems very likely this is indeed due to macro security.
I also think it is most likely due to macro security.
More details in the Trust Center:
1. I added the Word default startup location to Trusted Locations, and I'm sure the path is correct;
2. Under “Add-ins”, I unchecked “Require Application Add-ins to be signed by Trusted Publisher” and “Disable all Application Add-ins”;
3. Under the “Macro Settings” pane, I have tried "Enable all macros" and “Disable all macros with notification” separately, but neither of them works.
4. Others are default settings, I have never changed.
1. The Word startup folder is already in the Trusted Locations list;
2. Under Trusted Locations, "DIsable all Trusted Locations" checkbox is unchecked;
3. If I open the Zotero.dotm file directly from the Word Startup folder, I will get the same warning ("The macro can't be found or has been disabled because of your macro security settings") as open other Word documents.
