When I generate my bibliography, the URL links are not active.
Is there a way to activate them?

Not with Zotero.

There are some hacks created by the community to make them active URLs though. See: https://forums.zotero.org/discussion/77079/ms-word-macro-to-convert-zotero-citations-into-clickable-hyperlinks
